It could be better if you said “i love you to such an extent that…”

Adrienn already noted that "that extent" should be "such an extent."
"such an extent" is slightly formal language. "So much" is everyday language. It would be more natural to say "I love you so much that..."
"I put your photo as my profile picture" is not quite right. These would be better:
"I used your photo as my profile picture."
"I adopted your photo as my profile picture."
"I borrowed your photo as my profile picture."
"Adopted" carries the idea that you are using someone else's photo in place of your own.
