Direct questions (working hours )
When can I come to the
shop and buy gifts ? What are the hours of your gift shop? What are your operating hours in your gift shop ? When does this shop open and close ? When do you open
and close your shop? When does the shop open and close?
The first question you wrote sounds like you are asking a specific person or employee when they will be working, like what their work shift is.
You can also say “operating hours” or “hours of operation.” But it’s easiest to simply ask, “What are your shop hours?“ or “What are the store hours?”
