Are sentences 1 to 3 correct (well written)?
Objective of the lesson:
1.-Apologize to someone for doing something.
2.- Offer an apology to someone for doing something.
3.- Talk about the last time you apologize to someone for doing something.
Or is there any other way to say it, please..?

I would add that #1 and #2 are saying essentially the same thing, so only one of them needs to be included.

The sentences are mostly correct, but they could be improved for clarity and consistency. Here's a revised version:
Objective of the Lesson:
Apologize to someone for a specific action.
Offer an apology to someone for a particular behavior.
Discuss the most recent time you apologized to someone for a specific action.
These revisions provide a clearer and more consistent structure for expressing the objectives of the lesson.
