What does "take all I got" in this context mean?
"I ( "I" is sick) still got a lot of recoverin’ to do. (Recovering in this sentence including physical therapy) .It's gonna take all I got.

It's going to take a lot of effort.

It's going to take all of my strength. It's going to take all of my determination. It's going to take all of my effort. It's going to take all of my energy.
While I am recovering, that's going to be the only thing I do: work on recovering. I won't have enough time or energy for anything else.
