This morning I woke up not feeling to do much. I thought to myself "why?". Myself said she had been tired with the feelings the day before she had: work didn't go its way, not so good relationship, kids didn't behave well, negative thoughts and so on... I said that it was mainly her faults, not what she had just made some days ago but a few a time several times on her way. Luckily, she agreed with me about that and we began to write down "what, why... "and anything in my head. I realized that keep trying is my happiness and the way to improve to be happier in the future and... I did it!!! Today is one of the most efficient days of mine. It did make me happy and feel possitive.

My inner voice told me that she had been tired because of many things that happened the day before: work didn't go its way, her relationships were not so good, her kids didn't behave well, negative thoughts were starting to accumulate and so on... I told her that it was mainly her fault, because she probably has bad habits and thus repeat the same mistakes each day. Luckily, she agreed with me about that and we began to write down "what, why... "and anything in my head. I realized that keep trying is what makes me happy and the best way to improve and be happier in the future and... I did it!!! Today is one of my most efficient days. It did make me happy and feel positive.
It wasn't really to understand so I had to bring a bit of my own interpretation, I hope I haven't changed the meaning.
