Hi friends, what does "how fancy of you" mean here?? Here is the context.
Person A gave a gift to Person B, who really likes the gift because the gift box is very decorative so she replied "how fancy of you". Did she mean that Person A put a lot of effort into preparing this gift???

It usually means the gift is fancy or posh or that in buying the gift the person did something 'posh' when maybe nothing was expected.
