Are these two phrases below si passivante o si impersonale? and why?
Gli spaghetti si mangiano con la forchetta.
Il vino bianco si beve freddo.

Yes, both are examples of si passivante. Indeed if you try and switch the structure "si mangiano" with the passive form of mangiare (sono mangiati), the sentence still makes sense.
