The spring festival is approaching, almost every company is busy with preparing the programs for celebrating the festival. So does our company. Now our colleagues are in the midst of intense rehearsals ,everyone is enthusiastic and energetic. They’d like to show their best side in front of the leaders and others. The gala is scheduled tomorrow. I hope everyone can be satisfied with their performances and bring happiness to each other.

DOES does not match the previou sentence, so "SO DOES . . . etc" doesn't work. Don't connect separate ideas with a commas. They should be separate sentences, unless you make a meaningful connection between then with a conjuction.
