Expression in Spanish I want to share with you: “menos mal”
It literally means “less evil” or “less bad” but it really means “at least, good thing”
and you can use it to be thankful that something happened or didn’t happen
For example:
-We are driving and we crushed but nobody was hurt
•“Menos mal” que no pasó nada malo
•”At least” nothing bad happened
-You were in a trip and you stopped seeing the guide but you could get back with the group
•”Menos mal” que no me perdí
•”Good thing” I didn’t get lost
