How to say "business trip" in Chinese? 出差 is a verb, right? Or it can be a noun as well? I need a noun.

U can consider that it's a noun.

You can consider it a verb, a noun, or a Verb + Object combination
Verb: 你明天出差吗?
Noun: 我觉得出差确实挺辛苦的
Combination (or separation :D): 我周二要出个差
