No, es una expresión para responder cuando alguien te agradece otra podría ser: "por nada" y "cuando gustes"

Significan exactamente lo mismo. En algunos países dicen "de nada!" y otros "no hay de qué!"

Ambas son correctas y significan lo mismo, usualmente se utiliza mas el "de nada", quizas decir "no hay de que" indica levememte mayor agradecimiento
