It is quite a difficult task, but nothing is impossible
The important thing is focus on which type of crime we want to reduce or remove in society.
The first topic concerning reducing crime is good education.
The next thing is that for some people have criminal minds, counseling is the best method, but some people don't understand only words (??). Then these types of people are [what kinds of people?] entitled for punishment because crime always hurts others, especially innocent people, and everyone wants a peaceful life.
Some comments:
*Infinitive forms English verbs have a 'to' in front of the verb. Thus, '..we want TO reduce' is the grammatically correct way to describe your idea.
*In more formally written English, it helps to be specific! Saying 'thing' is a bit too casual.
*In your last sentence, you could say 'everyone wants A peaceful life', or 'everyone wants peaceful liveS'.
