It's an important part of my becoming conciseness (?). I used to neglect my health, but during the first year at the university, I met a girl who was interested in
productivity and other familiar stuff. I had been inspired after her speech and
I started by googling this topic. I also was a bit depressed, so when I was faced
with the information that sport helps to be productive and happy, I immediately
started to do so. And it works! I started thinking clearly, had more consciousness, and I
feel better and happier. Also, I'm fit and look more attractive now than before when I tried
diets after which I would feel guilty. So I can say sport really changed my life!
