Six times a week I wake up at 7:10 a.m. and I start to do my morning exercises. First I do simple exercises to warm up my muscles and then I start to physical exercises. I started to do it around a year ago. I'd found many methods how I can do it when I watched different videos on Youtube. Usually I spend on my morning exercises around 30 minutes. I don't make to do it myself. I do it because physical exercises is healthy for my health. I'd read about it somewhere. I don't do to the gym and I don't lift much weight. I do not get the point of it. I guess I'm too lazy for do that.
