Could somebody tell me what is the difference between ; close and near ,thank you !

Hi Nao
Close and near are synonyms. This means that they can be used interchangeably and they essentially mean the same thing when you are using them in the context of distance and when referring to the word 'almost'.
The word close when you are discussing relationships means that you have a strong relationship with that person. You cannot use the word near when referring to relationships.

It's worth noting that "close" is usually followed by a preposition like "to" while near usually isn't followed by a preposition.
