Which one is correct, "on a magazine" or "in a magazine"?
A. Eventually, I got a short article published on a magazine.
B. Eventually, I got a short article published in a magazine.

Your second option is correct using the preposition IN. Also I would add "managed" to give more expression.
Eventually, I MANAGED TO GET a short article published in a magazine.
