Mr.Titiporn Jutimanon, the owner of Riverside Restaurant, was
convinced that a bout of flooding in Thailand could end his business, which was already struggling in view of the prevailing pandemic.

Is this sentence right?
Riverside restaurant owner Titiporn Jutimanon was convinced that a bout of flooding in Thailand could be the end of his business already struggling from the pandemic.
It's really good, and anyone that speaks English will have no trouble understanding it. The last part of the sentence doesn't quite flow naturally though,and you could add something like "... could be the end of his business that had already been struggling ..." or " ... could be the end of his business that was already struggling ... "
