What is your attitude to innovations? Most often Innovation means product or processes which based on new scientific or technical achivement. I mean, base of innovation is new modern knowledge. Therefore when company introducing innovation they need to have employees with specific knowledge. As rule it is costly, take more time and hard. As for me, I think that Innovation is good transpher from science spehere to our daily life. They helps people in daily routines and made our life easier.
