Could someone check the following sentences? I didn7t feel one-hundred percent this morning but after having a cup of delectable coffee, I've got a second wind. Now I am ready to work on my responsibility to close this fisical year.

In that sentence, I would not use the word "delectable" to describe the cup of coffee. It sounds a bit off and does not fit. You had low energy in the morning until you drank the coffee, so better adjectives would be a strong cup of coffee; an invigorating cup of coffee; an energizing cup of coffee, for example. Great job!

The word 'responsibility' should be replaced with 'responsibilities'. Responsibility in this case is singular. However, the speaker's specific tasks/responsibilities are not stated so it is implied that the speaker has multiple tasks/responsibilities. This means in this case we should use responsibilities which is the plural version of responsibility.
