I wish/hope/want that you are or you were or to be happy?

A few options. I'm using 30 as the age of the person:

1) I wish you a happy, healthy life
2) I hope 30 is a happy and healthy year for you!
3) Have a great birthday and a wonderful 30th year of life :)

A common phrase could be something like "I hope this year brings you health and happiness."

I hear this a lot, “Happy Birthday! I wish you all the love and happiness in the world.”

“Happy Birthday! I wish you a birthday filled with good health and happiness.”

“Happy Birthday! May this year bring you good health and happiness.”

Honestly, it depends on if you’re saying it to the person or if you’re writing it in a card. We tend to speak English differently than how we write in cards 🤗
