I'm at a table in a restaurant and run out of napkins. What do i say to the waiter?

Hello Derek,
A paper napkin is: une serviette en papier
A napkin made out of fabric is simply: une serviette (en tissu).
If you just want one napkin, you can say as Olivier said. Something along the line of: « Excusez-moi, est-ce que je pourrais avoir une autre serviette (en papier), s’il-vous-plaît ».
If you want several ones, you replace « une autre/nouvelle serviette » by « plus de serviettes » or « d’autres serviettes ».
I hope this helps (even though you might have left the restaurant by now!)
