Gorgeous is way to intense than very beautiful ,It's the extreme level of beauty

"Gorgeous" is stronger; it's an "ungradable" (also spelled "ungradeable") adjective, which means we cannot even say "*very gorgeous", because "gorgeous" is already the maximum degree of beauty.
