Suppose I am urging someone to move into a room, can I say the following and which is the least rude:
Get in!
Get on in!
Go on in!
Go in now!
Thanks!

Hi Tâm!
“Go on in” is the best option, given that the speaker themself is not in the room and will not entering right after. Otherwise, we would use “come on in” which sounds more natural and inviting.
