Suppose I am urging someone to leave the room, I might say the following and which is the least rude:
1 Get out!
2 Get on out!
3 Go on out!
4 Go out now!
Thanks!

They'd all be pretty rude unless there was some sort of imminent danger. When you punctuate a command with an exclamation mark, it's like screaming at someone while you're telling them what to do. If you want to be polite, you might say:
I think you should go now.
You should probably leave.
Could you please leave now?
