Would it sound natural if I use "if" not in a conditional, but as a sign of politeness:
"If you would be seated, Me Johnson should come soon"

"If you would be seated, Mr. Johnson will be arriving shortly," sounds even more natural. Your use of 'if' here is very formal and polite. Nicely done.
