Today's weather was absolutely insane! Out of nowhere, a fierce storm struck us once again. Rainwater was cascading down, catching us completely off guard, and created a headache for my mom. As she explained, water gushed in and rose up to knee height in her shop within seconds. I mean, no one on earth would buy clothes soaked in rainwater, right? She had to quickly move all the merchandise to higher ground (upstairs?) It would have been a hopeless and impossible task if she hadn’t taken precautions after the previous storm. Yet, there were still a fair amount of remnants ( tenants are things left over) that needed to be dealt with. Running a business is tough; no one has it easy, I suppose.
