‘Ain’t that the truth!’ is an emphatic way to completely agree with someone. ‘True enough’ is less emphatic.
You could say things like
I completely agree
I agree with you completely.
I agree 100% with that.(What you just said, etc.)
It might be something to say after a sweeping generalization about life.
