I have never heard this expression before, but it does bring to mind one of the great classic musical hits from 4 decades ago: "It's Raining Men", by The Weather Girls.

Hey there!
"Drip" in American slang means to have swag, to look good. A cool, sexy or trendy sense of style. There is a term called "drip check" which means showing off one's outfit. ( Both terms are also used in South Africa)
Keeping these definition in mind...
In this context I think It means that she (speaker 1) attracts or is attracting a lot of men.
To her (speaker 1), men are like outfits, she changes them all the time (she meets, attracts new men all the time). She has options which is something she hints to when she states that she can get a husband by snapping her finger (choosing from the many options she has or potential men she will come across).
I hope this brings clarity🤍
