Today, the results of the exams came out and my students didn’t do very well compared to other classes in the same grade. I reflected that it was maybe my fault because I hadn’t adopted a suitable teaching method. This is a new year that I am working for this school, and the students here are very different from those in my previous school. Their level and attitude are not as good in comparison even if I used the same teaching method as before. So I analyzed the reason and told them that it was me to blame for their performance in the exam, and I’ve made a new plan to improve it. The students all said that it was their own fault and they would work hard to improve, too.
