"Please reply as soon as possible."
Is there any other more native way to express the same idea?
Situations:
If a boss wants employees to reply immediately when he/she sees the massage from the boss, how will the boss say strictly and formally in this situation?
If an employee wants his/her colleagues to reply immediately when seeing the message, how will he/she say in a more efficient but not offensive way?
Thank you in advance.😃

Please reply at your earliest convenience.
A quick reply would be much appreciated.
Please reply as soon as you can.
("can" is better than "possible" because it acknowledges that all of us have limits).
All the above are more gentle, but "please reply as soon as possible" is acceptable. It is not offensive.
