She deserves to be said (like) that. Jane's teacher paid a compliment like "She has a great personality." to Jane. When other people like friends, family members around Jane heard the fact that Jane's teacher paid a compliment like "She has a great personality." to Jane. Can other people say "She deserves to be said (like) that."? or "She deserves."? or "She deserves it."? Thank you in advance. :)

Jane deserves to be told that. You tell a person something / A person is told something. The teacher was right to say that. You say words / Words are said. You could also say: Jane deserves to hear that. Jane deserves that. Personally, I'd say: Jane's teacher is right. I agree with Jane's teacher. I wouldn't use 'deserve' because Jane didn't work to achieve her great personality. She simply has it.
