From the ethical point of view, obviously vegan diet. Recently I knew that those who are in veg diet (or to say it in other words, live, because it is a way of living) have less issues with health (especially less cancer accidents, heart illnesses, hypertonia, and holesterine).
The more people who are in vegan diet, the more animals we save. I am not a vegan, but one day I'll become him. It's a matter of time. And because of some diseases I am unable to change my food habits. It's temporarily.

From an ethical point of view, obviously a vegan diet is better. Recently I learned that those who eat a vegan diet (or maybe I should say "live a vegan lifestyle," because it is in fact a way of living) have fewer issues with health (especially lower rates of cancer, heart illnesses, and hypertonia*).
The more people adhere to a vegan diet, the more animals we save. I am not a vegan, but one day I'll become one. It's a matter of time. Currently, because of some health issues I am unable to change my food habits, but that's temporary.

Great work! I wish you luck switching to a more vegan diet someday. :)
