Can have different meanings for different people in different contexts. Given the context you provided, I would guess she means that everything she has done in her life so fa is irrelevant and was not useful in helping her succeed in the task she is trying to not fail in.
In other words, she would look at herself as a complete failure if she doesnt succeed.
