Sağ ol means May you be well, be healthy. It is actually a wish but we use it to thank people.
Sağ ol is singular, sağ olun is plural. We use plural form also for one person in formal use.
Sağ ol and sağ olun are Turkish, teşekkür is an Arabic word but is used very commonly in Turkish.
You can hear them used together: Çok teşekkür ederim, çok sağ olun.
