Are these sentences grammatically correct and natural enough?
▪ Never have I ever seen people clash over a football match where their country is not involved in it /playing in it. You only see this here. Why do we get so emotional over such petty things!

Your sentence is perfect! You used a negative inversion. ( Never have I ever seen part) It needs no correction. It is used to add more emphasis.

You can say the first part of the sentence like this:
I have never seen people clash over a football match where their team/ country is not playing.
The rest is natural.
