Hello :-) it sounds fine to me.
It depends on whether you are referring to a memory OF your sibling or OF YOU AND YOUR SIBLING.
The options would be:
-what’s the best memory you have OF your sibling?
-what’s the best memory you have WITH your sibling?
both sounds good to me depending on the meaning. Also, remember sibling/siblings (for singular/plural.
Hope that helps. Have a nice day ;-)
