What does "than most" in this context mean?
For example, "This is the biggest opportunity for them, so ideally they'll stretch longer than most."
Thank you

Neither “stretch” nor “most” makes any sense without additional context.

"Than" tells us that a comparison is being made, but you didn't give us enough context to be sure about what "most" is referring to. I would guess that it most likely means "most other people in the world", but it could also be the majority of the people in some specific location or group, or the even majority of a group of animals, things or entities.
