What does NUETRAL mean? Does it mean NATURAL? For instance A NUETRAL ACCENT.

It is spelt neutral. And it depends on what you are talking about. It could mean 1) not supporting either side (of an argument, war etc). 2) It could mean indistinct or vague. 3) It could be the gear of a motor vehicle. 4) It could mean, in terms of colour, not strong, like the colour grey. 5) In chemistry it is neither acid nor alkali. 6) It is not positive or negative. Those are some examples for you.

It means not supporting or helping either side in a disagreement or competition.

Neutral means unbiased, neither supporting one side nor opposing the other. A neutral accent means an accent without an obvious bias towards a particular way of speaking (British, Australian accent, etc...). P.S 'Neutral' is the right spelling. 😄👍 I hope that helped!
