Avocados are definitely at the top of my list of healthy foods to eat. Not only does this fruit contain healthy fats that your body needs, it also contains fiber, potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K1, folate, and vitamin B-6 just to name a few. All of these components make this fruit an excellent choice to add to your diet in order to make your body run well and to make you feel great! 👍

Wow, what a lot of nutrients! I wish avocados are more widely sold in my country.
