Before covid I used to go to the gym, but during the lockdown I had to learn how to exercise at home. I think it’s fantastic because you save money and time.
There are lot of ways to exercise at home, it depends on your preferences… for example I use bottles of water as weights, and I also built a barbell with a broomstick and two bottles of water.
With a little bit of imagination you can do the same exercises you used to do at the gym but comfortably in your living room or in your garden… so no excuses!;)
