Each morning I do few simple exercises: 1 circle = few pull-ups + few squats + few push-ups + few squats. And I do 4-5 circles with 1 minute of a rest between circles.

Privet Petr, Andzor corrected it quite well. Just note that it is called "circuit training". A circuit is a group of exercises. I hope that helps. Simon.

Usually, in English, we write out the numbers from one to nine. So combining with what Andzor said below, I would do this: Each morning I do a few simple exercises: One circle equals a few pull-ups, squats and pushups. And I do four to five circles with a one-minute rest between circles.

Every morning I do a few simple exercises: one round is a few pull-ups, a few squats and a few push-ups. I do 4-5 rounds with one minute rest between them.
