In my opinion, nothing special. We invite guests, especially relatives. They bring some presents for the person who has a birthday. There is also a lot of food on the table: salads, meat, chicken, and a birthday cake of course. I think it's cool when the family celebrates the birthdays of every member. We've never done it. I hope when I have my own family I will do it.
