As a person who was struggling with insomnia for many years and now solved some of her sleep problems, I can say that to have a high sleep quality, the most important thing is your mind set. If you change your mindset, you can easily sleep well. One thing that is really necessary, is to go to bed when you feel like you want to sleep, not when you want to eat your meal or read a newspaper.
