Parents play a fundamental role in nourishing a child so they should give proper insight about crime in childhood itself because "Prevention is better than cure". However, the administration/government should have strict rules over every crime. Following this, the judiciary should make abrupt judgements/ decisions. The corruption should be decline so that the local police will penalize/sentence the criminals to prison/jail. The politician should not interfere in the laws to give bail to them.
