To kick off, my previous years, I used to eat my breakfast carbohydrate foods like pasta, rice and also foods made from flour. However, as well as I'm on track this year, I changed my old way of eating and just I like to eat foods with hight capacity of protein because of I wanna to be in a good shape so as to get health body.
