Hi, "still" = ancora. "I' m still a beginners"= Sono ancora un principiante.

Letteralmente sounds good è "suona bene" ma si traduce con "per me va bene"

Hey Garret, we say “ancora” and your sentence would be “sono ancora un principiante”.
Sounds good is “va bene!”
