How do you say 'still' in Italian as in 'I’m still a beginner’ Also, how do you say ‘sounds good!’ Grazie!

Hi, "still" = ancora. "I' m still a beginners"= Sono ancora un principiante.

Io sono ancora un principiante. Letteralmente sounds good è "suona bene" ma si traduce con "per me va bene"

Hey Garret, we say “ancora” and your sentence would be “sono ancora un principiante”. Sounds good is “va bene!” Hope it helps.
