Today I'd just like to talk about Italian cuisine since this is my favorite type of cuisine among (UK version: amongst) many others. The first reason why I like Italian food is because my family have a tradition to travel around Italy every year so I got used to enjoy Italian cuisine. We traveled a lot in Italy because we appreciate both the Italian mentality and culture. In my opinion Italian food is beyond words. Every dish has its own unique story with a bit of mystery around it and I realized that my favorite dish was pasta. The unique characteristic of this dish is that Italian people can cook it in "Ildento" style. Ildento is underboiled pasta that have a special/particular taste.
