Any differences between "Roasted" and " Grilled", please?

In my experience, "roasted" means cooked from all sides, as in an oven, whereas "grilled" means cooked from one side: the heat coming from either the bottom or the top (also often in an oven - although sometimes the grill is installed as a separate item in a cooker, or even a stand-alone unit).
