What is the meaning of " what am I gonna do with you?"

It's used to express exasperated sarcasm. For example, if you accidently broke your mother's plate, they might say (in exasperation) "What am I going to do with you?"
Or if you disappointed your boss, they might also use this expression.
It literally means that the person is at a loss for how to deal with this situation that you created.

Haha that’s a good one. It likes a reaction when someone does something funny or silly. It’s usually said in a joking way with a friend or family member.
Example:
A child spills some soda on the table. The mother says, “You spill you drink every day. What am I gonna do with you?”
