That will depend on the way you describe the situation.
‘I have made preparations for you [present perfect] to come and stay with us for your first week here. After that you can decide [present simple] what you would like to do [conditional] for the rest of your time here. If you decide to stay with us [present simple for future] you will be most welcome [future]. We are looking forward to your visit.’ [present continuous]

You can when they have a fixed time and they happen habitually.
For example I play football every Tuesday night.
